PA| The Pennsylvania Surplus Lines Association (PSLA) has updated its Eligible Surplus Lines Insurer List as of May 28, 2025, offering a refreshed resource for insurance professionals and consumers seeking coverage unavailable from licensed insurers. The master list is maintained annually and can be accessed here. Updates between annual publication are available online and sent via email to licensees.
