UT | The Utah Insurance Department has issued Bulletin 2024-4 regarding the cyberattack on Change Healthcare on February 21, 2024. The Department acknowledges that the cyberattack has created significant operational challenges for insurers and healthcare providers, including individual practitioners, practice groups, laboratories, facilities, and pharmacies. The Department requests an insurer to assist consumers and healthcare providers in navigating these challenges; and reminds insurers of the laws regarding the timely filing of claims.
