VA| The Virginia Bureau of Insurance Administrative Order No. 12202 approves amendments to the Virginia Automobile Insurance Plan’s commercial auto manual, effective for new and renewal policies on and after February 1, 2026, removing references to the experience rating plan from various sections, rules, and worksheets related to credibility, maximum single loss, and rating worksheets for trucks, tractors, trailers, public transportation autos, and auto dealers, after the Commissioner of Insurance found the filing proper and consistent with Virginia law, and directs that attested copies be sent to the Automobile Insurance Plans Service Office, the Plan’s manager, and the Deputy Commissioner of Insurance for the Property and Casualty Division.
