CA| In response to the disruption caused by the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Commissioner provides guidance to entities licensed by the Department regarding compliance with regulatory filing requirements during the duration of the public health emergency. The filing and submittal requirements set forth below will remain in effect until 90 days after the termination of the California-wide “shelter-in-place” order.
