FL | The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation today issued Emergency Order 315284-23-EO. It suspends certain rules and statutes governing the insurance industry following the Governor’s declaration of a state of emergency. In particular, it extends grace periods to policyholders and places limitations on cancellations and nonrenewal of insurance policies.
