TX | The Texas Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin No. B-0005-23. It reminds health benefit plan issuers and insurance companies to update documents or information provided to consumers or the public that include TDI contact information.
Updates must be completed by:
- July 1, 2023, for documents issued on or after July 1, 2023
- September 1, 2023, for documents printed before January 1, 2023, or for contracts, plans, or policies that are in effect but do not expire
