PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros today issued Normative Letter CN-2023-336-D. It explains the process by which members of the Puerto Rico Miscellaneous Insurance Guaranty Association can recover spills paid to the association after the liquidation of Integrand Assurance Company, Inc.
Recovery will be made beginning with all new policies and additional premium endorsements whose effective date is on or after June 1, 2023, and all renewals whose effective date is on or after July 2023.
