OK | On October 8, 2019, the Oklahoma Insurance Department notified all regulated entities of a change in the window to respond to inquiries from the Commissioner’s Office. Previously, regulated entities had thirty (30) days to respond to inquiries.
Effective November 1, 2019, regulated entities must respond to inquiries within twenty (20) days. Additionally, all communications must be made electronically.
