Code §§ 25-5-8(f) and revised 27-2-29, notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the Commissioner of Insurance at 2:00 pm Central Time on Thursday, December 7, 2023, in the offices of the Alabama Department of Insurance, 201 Monroe Street, Fifth Floor Conference Room, RSA Tower, Montgomery, Alabama. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider a filing by the National Council on Compensation Insurance [“NCCI”] on behalf of its subscribers of Alabama workers compensation voluntary loss costs, assigned risk rates, and rating values to be effective March 1, 2024.
