PR | The Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros today issued Circular Letter No. CC-2023-2011-ES. It reminds all producers, authorized representatives, adjusters, general agents, attorneys-in-fact, and insurance consultants — both individuals and corporations — authorized to do business in the jurisdiction of the requirement to submit annual business reports and annual reports of direct jobs generated in Puerto Rico. Both reports must be submitted to the OCS on or before March 31, 2023, via its Online Services Portal.
