CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the following new and amended regulations. Click on the links below to read the regulations in full.
- Amended Regulation 3-1-9 establishes minimum reserve standards for individual and group health insurance contracts.
- Regulation 4-1-16 establishes uniform, national standards for term and universal life insurance reserve financing.
Both of these regulations take effect on March 2, 2023.
The Division also published an amended bulletin, Amended Bulletin 4.31 Concerning the Annual Maximum Benefit for Early Intervention Services. The version adopted on January 4, 2023, includes the updated annual maximum benefit amount.
