WV | Customer service representatives play a vital role in many insurance agencies. Unlicensed CSRs, however, face restrictions on the scope of their activities. The West Virginia Department of Insurance recently issued Informational Letter No. 202. This letter provides a detailed list of the tasks that unlicensed CSRs can and cannot perform.
