DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance today issued Universally Applicable Bulletin No. 8. It announces the end of mail forwarding from its previous location to its current address: 1351 West North St., Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904.
The bulletin also lists the acceptable options for “made payable to” fields on checks and money orders. All checks that do not comply with this list will be voided and returned.
