NM | The Office of Superintendent of Insurance would like to remind companies of the requirement to submit wildfire related claims data per Bulletin 2022-012.
As stated in Bulletin 2022-012, the January 15th, 2023 submission containing cumulative claims data as of December 31, 2022 will be the last report of the wildfire claims data, so it is especially important that all companies make a timely submission in order to ensure a complete and accurate dataset and avoid additional data calls on this subject in the future.
